Come along and test your brains against some of the most ferocious questions we've ever come up with! Crag Care are hosting a raffle with some incredibly good prizes to be won as a part of the event - not to be missed!

Henry Barber Slideshow

Legendary climber Henry Barber is returning to Tasmania 50 years after his first groundbreaking Australian trip. To celebrate Henry will be presenting his slideshow, Fifty Years Revisited, supported by the CCT.

Draft PWS Rock Climbing Policy Consultation Forum

HELD - 30th January 2025

The CCT are consulting with its members on the Draft Rock Climbing Policy to be implemented by the Parks and Wildlife Service. This policy will affect how new route establishment and climbing should be undertaken on PWS managed land.

This is an opportunity for members to have their say and provide feedback to the CCT for our formal submission. CCT members can also provide individual feedback submissions to the PWS.

Arc'teryx Gear giveaway

DRAWN - 20th January 2025

The Climbers Club of Tasmania are giving away $5,000 of Arc'teryx gear to members. All paid Members are in the running to win some gear, which includes soft-shells, pants, harness or bags.

 

Prizes will be drawn and gifted to members who have signed up by 20th Jan. A massive thank you to Arc'teryx for the support!​

Tasmanian Climbing Calendar Competition

CLOSED - September 2024

The Climbers Club of Tasmania has introduced a photo competition - all action shots, crags, conservation work, adventure, history, and shenanigan photos are welcome.

The 12 photos with the most likes have been compiled into a 2025 calendar containing dates for crag seasons and Crag Care Tasmania working bees. Get shooting for next year's competition!
